John Keells Foundation collaborated  with Foundation for Advancing Rural Opportunity (FARO) in setting up rural BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) units in Mahavilachchiya, Seenigama and Jaffna with the aim of providing sustainable employment opportunities to talented rural youth, enabling them to work from the familiar environment of their own village.
