John Keells HIV & AIDS Awareness campaign is conducted  entirely by our  employees who have been trained under the International Labour Organisation HIV & AIDS Workplace programme in Collaboration with the Employers’ Federation of Ceylon.  Each year, a refreshers programme is held for these trainers to update their knowledge on the current findings and treatment methods related to HIV & AIDS. The programme is also offered as an opportunity to identify and develop new HIV and AIDS Master Trainers.

On the 15^th and 16^th of August, John Keells conducted the programme with the support of National STD/AIDS Control programme and the Employers’ Federation of Ceylon. In total, 26 new master trainers were trained expanding our master trainer pool to more than 60 persons.
