The Gratiaen Trust in association with John Keells Foundation and in partnership with Sarasavi Bookshop and TNL Radio organized an event to encourage young readers of literature at One Galle Face on 1st October to coincide with the celebration of Children’s Day. The event was a creative workshop under the theme : Storytime with the Gratiaen Trust and the facilitators were a team from Mind Adventures. The children’s literature featured at the event were by Sybil Wettasinghe (Gratiaen Prize winner, 1995), Prashani Rambukwella (Gratiaen Prize winner, 2008) and Praveen Jayamanne (Gratiaen Prize short listed author, 2019).
